【摘要】 介紹了化工過程強化中新型化工設備——靜態混合器以及計算流體力學和激光測速技術在靜態混合器的微觀應用基礎理論中的應用和研究進展;由于靜態混合器具有特殊的結構特點與傳統的攪拌混合設備相比表現出了高效、節能等優點,靜態混合器在硝化工業和環氧丙烷裝置的擴產改造中成功應用并且取得了巨大社會效益和經濟效益。
【英文摘要】 The micro-research progress and industrialized application of static mixers which are new types chemcial equipments used in the process-strengthened fields are introduced in this paper.
